Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. However, Crickets Live may, at its sole discretion, allow a player to cancel a transaction and receive a refund under specific conditions.

We are not obligated to refund any amount paid to participate in the paid versions of the Contests after a certain date. If a cancellation request is received at least 2 days before the start of the round for which payment was made, a refund may be issued.

Refund Terms: A refund, if approved by Crickets Live, will be issued after deducting any applicable fees for cancellation and taxes. Players may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, which will also govern the transaction. In case of any conflict between these additional terms and the present terms and conditions, the additional terms will take precedence.

The same mode or financial instrument used for the original transaction will be used for refunds.

Our internal review team may take between 5 and 7 business days to process a refund.

As per the Income Tax Act of 1961, all winnings are subject to tax deductions (TDS). TDS certificates will be provided to document these deductions. Winners are responsible for paying all other applicable taxes, including income taxes and gift taxes.
